Судья Советского районного суда г. Улан-Удэ Гусак должен был переправить поступившую ему апелляционную жалобу адвоката Натальи Ивановны от 18 ноября на Постановлением этого судьи от 17 ноября сразу в Верховный суд Бурятии. Позиция Натальи Ивановны и адвоката на изменение меры пресечения с домашнего ареста и на содержание в СИЗО была согласована. Ждали обжалования в Верховном суде в середине этой недели, а она, оказывается, находится в СИЗО, откуда должна снова вернуться судье Гусаку и лишь тогда он её отправит ВС РБ. Неизвестно, ознакамливали Наталью Ивановну с апелляционной жалобой или нет? И когда это сделали?
Специально так делают, а смелая честная и законопослушная 61- летняя женщина по-прежнему находится в СИЗО и не понятно, когда состоится судебное заседание в ВС РБ по апелляционному обжалованию изменения домашнего ареста на содержание под стражей в следственном изоляторе!
