Наталья Филонова — пенсионерка, живёт в Улан-Удэ, а раньше жила в Забайкальском крае. Много лет она занималась активизмом, социальной журналистикой, участвовала в самых разных акциях протеста, получала штрафы и сутки.
Весной 2022 года Филонова потребовала, чтобы водитель маршрутки отклеил Zигу. Водитель вместо этого отвёз её в мусарню. Позже женщине дали 5 суток за мелкое хулиганство, а пассажирку, которая с ней соглашалась, оштрафовали за дискредитацию армии.
После акции против мобилизации 24 сентября на Филонову сшили дело о том, как она применила насилие к двоим мусорам. Одного ударила рукой, а второго ткнула в лицо шариковой ручкой. Ручку, кстати, квалифицировали по ч. 2 ст. 318 — насилие, опасное для жизни и здоровья. Вроде бы ей ещё добавили позже, что она кому-то из ментов сломала палец, но это не точно.
Наталью сначала отправили под домашний арест. Когда у мужа случился инфаркт и его госпитализировали, ей пришлось нарушить домашний арест и выйти из дома. Это стало достаточным поводом, чтобы закрыть в СИЗО. Более того, у Филоновой есть 15-летний (upd: 16-летний) сын с инвалидностью. Муж по-прежнему в больнице, и подростка пока передадут органам опеки.

Natalia Filonova is a pensioner, who lives in Ulan-Ude. Previously she lived in the Trans-Baikal region. For many years, she was engaged in activism, and social journalism and participated in different protest actions. She received fines and arrests with jail detention as well.
In spring 2022, Filonova noticed a “Z” sign stuck to the window in public transport and demanded the bus driver remove it. The driver instead took her to the nearest police station. For this act, Natalia was prosecuted and given 5 days for disorderly conduct, and the passenger who agreed with her was fined also for “discrediting the army”.
After the rally against the mobilization on September 24, The police fabricated a false charge against Filonova about how she used violence against two police officers. She allegedly punched one with her hand and poked the other in the face with a ballpoint pen. The attack with a pen, by the way, was qualified under Part 2 of Art. 318 as violence, dangerous to life and health. Apparently, later another false detail was added to her case, that she broke the finger of one of the police, but it is not clear if this was finally added to the charge.
Natalia was first placed under house arrest. When her husband had a heart attack and was hospitalized, she had to break her house arrest and leave the house. This became a sufficient reason for the authorities to detain her and place her in the pre-trial detention centre.
