Пенсионерку из Улан-Удэ, якобы «побившую» полицейских, отправили в СИЗО. По версии следствия, пенсионерка Наталья Филонова 26 сентября после акции против мобилизации нанесла побои двум полицейским: в автозаке женщина якобы ударила одного по лицу, а другого ткнула в лицо ручкой. Филоновой вменяют ч.1, ч.2, ст. 318 УК РФ.
Меру пресечения ужесточили из-за нарушения домашнего ареста, под которым Филонова находилась с 22 октября. Сама активистка рассказала о причинах, побудивших её нарушить меру пресечения: ёе муж, который проживает в другом селе, попал с инфарктом в больницу, а сын-инвалид в то время, гостивший у отца, остался один. Она заранее предупредила следователя о своем выезде и возвращении домой.
Наталью Филонову закрыли в СИЗО до 5 декабря. В знак несогласия она держит мокрую голодовку. Несовершеннолетний сын будет передан органам опеки. Муж Филоновой с инфарктом лежит в больнице.
A pensioner from Ulan-Ude, who allegedly «beat» the police, was sent to a pre-trial detention centre. According to investigators, on September 26, after a rally against mobilization, pensioner Natalia Filonova beat up two policemen: inside a police van, the woman allegedly hit one in the face and poked another in the face with a pen. Filonova is charged with Part 1, Part 2, Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The restraining order was tightened due to the breach of house arrest, to which Filonova was subjected as of 22 October. The activist herself spoke about the reasons that prompted her to violate the restraining order: her husband, who lived in another town, was hospitalized with a heart attack, and their disabled son, who was with his father that day, was left alone. She warned the investigator in advance about her departure and return home. Natalya Filonova was placed in a pre-trial detention centre until December 5th. As a sign of her disagreement, she has been holding a wet hunger strike. Her underage son will be handed over to the guardianship authorities. Filonova’s husband is in the hospital with a heart attack.
